Maggie Wilson
I’m a writer and arts administrator from California living in Brooklyn. Since 2013, I’ve worked with a range of nonprofits from galleries like The Red Poppy Art House, to The Playwrights Foundation, to becoming the Marketing Director at The Marsh and then Chautauqua Theater Company, to working with Transport Group, Heartbeat Opera, BAM, and more. I’m passionate about working with good people.
Through my plays and fiction writing I challenge stigma and strive to create strong roles for women. My plays have been performed in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Florida.
A UC Berkeley graduate, I believe in coffee.

In March 2023 I went to Florida for a weeklong residency with Clamour Theatre to work on my mother-daughter play, From the Bath. See where my other plays have been performed.
